CALLING ALL OUTBOUND CALL CENTERS FOR MARKETING PARTNERSHIP!



Invitation to collaborate in Marketing and Sales of 
Health-Related Products

 
Our Organization is an Australian / Singapore Company specializing in marketing Health Related Products. We are looking for call center with minimum 20 seats for our telesales outbound campaign. Call center needs to dial in Singapore, USA, India, and Philippines during normal business hours. Center needs to manage their calling leads.

Our main mode of sales is through telemarketing and we have been seen tremendous success because the products we market are ideal for telemarketing.  The reason being, for such health supplements, we only need to talk about the benefits of the product and there is no need for a customer to physically see the product before buying.

Another reason for our success is, we provide home delivery (free) and follow-up again only by telephone, to provide customer service and care, thus receiving repeat business and referral business (enjoying exponential growth).  This is why we find this to be an ideal business for telemarketing.

We are NOT looking to employing the ‘Services’ of call Centers, but instead are looking for Parties with such infrastructure, to consider DIVERSIFYING into this Health Foods Marketing Business with us, if they recognize the potential of doing so.

This is a Business-Proposal, and NOT an offer to employ the ‘Services’ of Call Centers / Contact Centers as such. 

This means that, like in any Business, you would get rewarded, when Sales are produced, of course there would be no ceiling either, as to how much you could possibly earn. In other words, this is a PURELY PAY-FOR-PERFORMANCE arrangement.


ADVERTISING SUPPORT

All these products have had some advertising done and we intend to continue doing so.  This would assist the telemarketers in their Sales effort.

REPEAT BUSINESS-INCREMENTAL GROWTH POSSIBILITY

Most of our products are for a one month’s supply, and repeat business is possible, thus enabling incremental growth in the business (repeat orders plus new orders, each month), thus, for those Call Center who will be dialing Singapore, we require Singapore Inbound Lines for customer service.

EXPONENTIAL SALES GROWTH (REWARD-SCHEMES)

As we require follow-up-customer service, REFERRALS would be possible, especially with Incentives and Rewards-Schemes given by the Company to the customer for giving referrals.  This would help the Call-Center Agents / Telemarketers to get referrals.  Thus, we can all experience EXPONENTIAL GROWTH. What we are offering is a business opening/opportunity for Telemarketing Company, with very good outbound telesales capability/infrastructure to partner/venture with us and to capitalize on this business opportunity as a team.  We have our strengths, and you have yours.  If you can recognize the advantage of a ‘partnership’, we are confident that we can have a rewarding future together.






DEFINITION OF SALES IN TERMS OF POINT SYSTEM

One sale refers to one sales point.  The products have different Sales-Points.
  
These points refer to sales done for the Philippines, Singapore and Malaysia market.  The points allocated to products may vary from country to country.

The company will pay an additional USD8.00 per sale for each sale point in excess of the required 10,000 sales points, Sales Points per month, which is the official total quota upon ramping up to 40 agents.

SEATS / AGENTS REQUIRED

We require:  INITIALLY: 20-40 SEATS with the capacity be able to ramp-up to 100-200 seats.
                    
TRAINING

We will provide the initial training to your 2 Trainers (Minimum) or Agents, this would refer to those with sales background – who understand the business – not people from admin or any other department who will then train your team.  It will then be your responsibility to keep your team trained and motivated.  We will provide periodical training as and when required.  We also intend to provide incentives to your agents from time to time to help you keep them motivated.

SALES TARGETS EXPECTED (SALES QUOTA)

Our average in-house agents currently achieve 16-30 sales points per day.  With the high caliber and capable agents that you are expected to deploy for this marketing campaign, you should be able to do likewise after a few months of dialing (with repeat plus new sales), if not even better.

This is a purely ‘pay-for-performance’ deal, and we only require very confident and capable Call Centers to work with us.
 

PAYOUTS:

Payment for work done will be at the end of each month.  We could however, consider paying out on a half-monthly basis during the initial months.  Anything beyond this requires further discussion.

  • Sales Quota250 Sales Points per agent / per month (10 Sales Points per day)
  • USD60,000.00 per month for 20 Agents
  • For 20 agents, a Sales Quota of 5,000 sales-points would be the committed quota / sales target, for which (THE COMPANY) shall pay US$60,000.00. If this quota of 5,000 sales points is not achieved by the Agents, then (THE COMPANY) will only need to pay proportionately, based on Sales Points achieved.

(E.g. if only 4,500 Sales-points (THE COMPANY) will pay 4,500 ÷5,000 x 60,000.00 = US$54,000.00.)

  • Training: 7 Full Working Days Mandatory Training for Trainers/Agents which will be held in Singapore.  Airfare and Accommodation borne by Call Center. 
  • (Training Schedules: 1st confirmed 1st serve basis.
  • *** Estimated Cost:
    ·        Airfare: US$ 200 for budget airlines; US$ 370 for normal airlines
    ·        Accommodation: US$ 250 for budget hostel; US$ 550 for budget hotels (computed for 2 trainers for 10 days of stay)
    ·         Estimated total: US$450-$920 (depending on call center’s choice).
    Maximum Reimbursement per Trainer: US$ 1,000.
    Terms and Conditions:
    The reimbursement must be earned within a period of 4 months from commencement of dialing. 
    However, the reimbursements may be collected/earned partially over different months, e.g. US$1,000 for the first trainer, when 1,000 Sales Points achieved on 1st month, and another US$1,000 when 2,000 Sales Points is achieved e.g. on 3rd month, and so on.

    • Quality of Agents Required
 Must be High Caliber Outbound Telesales Experts
  • Quality of Lines required: must have good line quality, approved by the company, and before they commence mock calls followed by campaign. The minimum line quality required is IPLC.
  • Additional Requirements, Inbound Lines: Call Centers must have sufficient inbound lines with Singapore numbers that works acceptably. These lines should be available for customers to be able to contact the call centre agents. . For every 10 agents, at least one to two active inbound lines must be provided.
